Song of the Dayの曲の時にはここに"ストリーム"や"ホームページ情報"などが表示されます。

Introduction In Terragen 2 Surface Mapping, in other words texturing, is accomplished using one or more “shaders” - nodes that affect the surface of objects and terrains, controlling colour, displacement, and other aspects. Basic surface mapping focuses on a small number of shader nodes, primarily the Surface Layer and Fractal Breakup nodes. You can also accomplish a wide range of spectacular and more unusual effects using the power of the Node Network. We’ll cover the basics here for now and you can refer to the Advanced Techniques sections (when available) to learn more. If you haven’t already done so, click on the Shaders tab to get started. The Shaders List On the left you will see the Shader List showing all the current shader nodes in the order in which they are processed. Nodes at the top of the list are at the bottom or base of your surface map and they will be covered by nodes further down the list (depending on distribution settings). This is similar to how the Terragen 0.9 surface map system worked. Child layers are also present and again work similarly to Terragen 0.9 – child nodes are restricted to the coverage of their parent, but they cover the parent as well. At the top of the Shader List you have buttons to add a standard layer and child layer. Under Add Layer your first and most frequently used option is Surface Layer. A sub-menu shows you additional Surface Shaders you can use. Child layers can only be added when an appropriate parent layer is selected, generally a Surface Layer. Not all shader nodes allow child nodes. Please see the Node Reference for details on additional Surface Shaders and child layer compatibility. As noted above layers higher in the list are covered by layers below them, so naturally it is useful to have a way to rearrange and otherwise manipulate each layer. The Move buttons at the bottom of the Shader List will move the currently selected node up or down. You can also completely remove the selected node by pressing the Delete key. Currently you may only have one node at a time selected. Just as in other node lists, clicking on a node in the Shader List will bring up its settings on the bottom-left. Additionally, like the Terrain and Atmosphere layouts, a small realtime shader preview is shown to the right of the node list for any currently selected node. The preview is currently just a simple flat square, but the standard camera controls can be used in this area to adjust your view. This can be useful when experimenting with displacement since the default view is directly from above.

Darwinia - Final Release Cracked by DMA Crew I ve been coding for 38 hours straight getting this crack working. I just quickly wrote this intro. Sorry it s a bit crap but I only spent 12 minutes on it. Been drinking coffee and Red Bull all day - I think my frontal lobes are bleeding. You see a boy who appears to be a young teen. He is dirty and unkempt. He looks as if he has been crying, but he sits up straight and looks sharp when he sees you. Who are you and what do you want? You realize the boy has a "sling" in hand. You face the boy and tell him who you are. So? What makes you so special? The last time I heard that one I fell off a prehistoric creature from "Eodon"! Boy, this is the Avatar"!." Upon my word he is!. "He has come to help you!." Then the boy narrows his eyes, studying you. He slowly lowers his weapon, ready to act in case it s a trap. You admire the boy s obvious experience in dealing with strangers. You and "Spark" stare at each other. He is not sure what to do. Finally, he nods his head. All right. "I believe you." "You do look like paintings I have seen. I am sorry." Yes! the Avatar"?." Spark asks. What do you want? name?. I have always been called "Spark". job?. I have no job. I am only fourteen, so I am just learning how to best help Father in the smiyour, he says, proudly. But then he suddenly realizes something which terrifies him. And now that Father is dead, I am an orphan! smiyour?. Father was the best blacksmith in "Britannia". People were always coming from everywhere to get him to make this and that. orphan?. My mother died a long time ago. I can just barely remember her. murder?. I cannot believe Father is dead. And poor "Inamo", too. It is so strange. I dreamed it was happening. Well, in a way. "Last night I was having a nightmare about Father. I dreamed that he screamed, and it woke me up. I looked around the house, but he was not in his bed. I was wide awake, so I went out to find him." Inamo?. I am sure you canst find the man who killed Father! do you want me to repeat everything I know about the murder? What do you want to know about? my story?. All right. chest?. I am not sure if it s the same one, but I think I saw Father with a scroll just like the one in the chest one or two days ago. I know he was making something special for someone. I am fairly certain it was at his shop. As for the medallion, he usually wore it. I do not know why it was in the chest. And the gold I have never seen so much gold in my life. But I did see something. something?. I was in front of the stables. I saw a man and a wingless gargoyle running from behind the building. They ran toward the dock. Then I went inside and found... I could not identify him, except that he had no wings. hook?. Wilt you go find "the Man with the Hook"? Let me help you! the boy pleads. His tears cease, and his face takes on a determined, forceful look. Take me with you! Please! I must avenge Father s death! If you do not take me with you, I will follow you anyway! The boy is all excited now. "I am an expert with a slingshot! I can strike sewer rats with almost every shot! And I am small I do not eat much! Please take me! Please ask me to join you!" Iolo whispers to you. I do not know about taking a child on the road with us. Suddenly, "Spark" lets his sling fly. His target, a small fly hovering above "Iolo s" head, is smacked out of the air. You laugh as "Iolo" yelps, jumps away, curses and runs his fingers through his hair. Suddenly, "Spark" lets his sling fly. His target, a small fly hovering above your head, is smacked out of the air. I cannot believe that he has been murdered! He had no enemies that I know of. Unless it was "The Fellowship". Fellowship?. Well, at first they harassed Father and me when they came around asking us to join. I suppose they do good things. Many people like them. Maybe you should ask the man at "the Fellowship" Branch. Klog. branch?. The Fellowship has branches all over "Britannia". Klog?. He is the head of "the Fellowship" Branch here in "Trinsic". That looks like the key to "Father s chest". I wondered where it was! What key? do you have the key to "Father s chest"? Where is it? gold?. The boy s eyes widen. I had no idea that Father had that much money hidden away! I suppose I could give it to you if you are going to look for those who killed my Father! medallion?. 州法には unlawful for any teacher or other instructor in any university, college, normal, public school or other institution of the state which is supported in whole or in part from public funds derived by state or local taxation to teach the theory or doctrine that mankind ascended or descended from a lower order of animals, and also that it be unlawful for any teacher, textbook commission, or other authority exercising the power to select textbooks for above-mentioned institutions to adopt or use in any such institution a textbook that teaches the doctrine or theory that mankind ascended or descended from a lower order of animal.[1] 全部もしくは一部の費用を州政府もしくは地方自治体の資金でまかなっている、いかなる大学・公立学校・その他の教育機関の、いかなる教師や講師が、人類が下等動物から発達した、あるいは子孫であるという教義あるいは理論を教えることは違法である。 Epperson v. Susan Eppersonは、Little Rock学校群の教師で、Little Rock Central High Schoolで10学年の生物を教える教師として雇用された。 Upon the principal issue, that of constitutionality, the court holds that Initiated Measure No. 1 of 1928, Ark.Stat.Ann. § 81627 and § 81628 (Repl.1960), is a valid exercise of the state s power to specify the curriculum in its public schools. The court expresses no opinion on the question whether the Act prohibits any explanation of the theory of evolution or merely prohibits teaching that the theory is true, the answer not being necessary to a decision in the case and the issue not having been raised. The overriding fact is that Arkansas’ law selects from the body of knowledge a particular segment which it proscribes for the sole reason that it is deemed to conflict with a particular religious doctrine; that is, with a particular interpretation of the Book of Genesis by a particular religious group.[6] 修正すべき事実は、アーカンソー州法が知識の総体から特定部分を選んで、特定宗教グループによる創世記の特定解釈である、特定宗教教義と矛盾するという理由のみで、それを禁じている。 [T]he state has no legitimate interest in protecting any or all religions from views distasteful to them.[6] 州には、いかなる、あるいは全部の宗教を、それらにとって好まいくない見方から保護する正当な権限を持っていない。 Wright v. Houston Independent School District (1972) Willoughby v. Stever (1973) Daniel v. Waters (1975) Hendren v. Campbell (1977) Segraves v. California (1981) McLean v. Arkansas (1982) Edwards v. The court expresses no opinion on the question whether the Act prohibits any explanation of the theory of evolution or merely prohibits teaching that the theory is true; the answer not being necessary to a decision in the case, and the issue not having been raised." Trial and error the American controversy over creation and evolution (3, revised ed.)., p 108 Storm Clouds on the Horizon of Darwinism, Jeffrey F. Addicott, Ohio State Law Journal, Vol. 63 1507, 2002 Timesの報道 U.P.L and Reuter. Arkansas school ban on Darwin overruled From DAVID SPANIER Washington, Nov. 12 The United States Supreme Court today struck down the Arkansas "monkey law ", which bans teaching of the Darwinian theory of evolution in the state schools. The statute in question forbids teaching the theory " that mankind ascended or descended from a lower order of animals ". Teachers who do so are liable to a fine of up to $500 (£208) and dismissal. The decision will also affect indirectly Mississippi, the only other state with an anti-evolution law on its books. The Supreme Court unanimously reversed a decision of the Arkansas Supreme Court upholding the state statute. Justice Abe Fortas, speaking for the higher court, said the "laws effort was confined to an attempt to blot out a particular theory because of its supposed conflict with the biblical account literally read. " The law in Arkansas was held to be contrary to the mandate of the first amendment and in violation of the fourteenth amendment to the constitution, the Supreme Court s opinion said. The first amendment guarantees freedom of religion and the fourteenth makes the guarantee binding on the states. Justice Fortas noted that there was no record of any prosecutions under the Arkansas statute and " it is possible that (it) is presently more of a curiosity than a vital fact of life" There had been some confusion during arguments on the case about whether the law forbade teaching that the Darwinian theory was true or merely teaching of its existence. Justice Fortas said this distinction did not matter, as under either interpretation it must be rejected because of its conflict with constitutional law. Suit brought by teacher The state of Arkansas had argued that it alone was responsible for the curriculum of its public (state) schools. Justice Fortas conceded that right, but said it could not conflict with constitional guarantees. " It is clear that fundamentalist sectarian conviction was and is the law s reason for existence ", he said. The suit was brought by Mrs John Epperson, aged 27, when she was teaching biology in the tenth grade at Little Rock s Central High School. She now lives in suburban Washington. She was joined in the suit by Mr. H. H. Blanchard, assistant secretary of the Arkansas Education Association and the father of school-age children. The "monkey law" gave rise to one of the most famous trials of the century, in Dayton, Tennessee, in 1927. This was when Clarence Darrow, the great criminal lawyer, defended a local teacher against the prosecution for the state by William Jennings Bryan, twice a defeated presidential candidate. Although Darrow lost the particular case -- the trial, conducted outside the courthouse under a big tree, attracted the attention of the entire nation by virtue of celebrity of the protagonists -- he was generally judged to have won the war for Darwin and freedom of speech. Cross-examination on Genesis The issue was not so much the advisability of teaching the theory of evolution as the relevance of fundamentalist biblical doctrine in the modern world. When the patriarchal figure of Bryan took the stand, Darrow subjected him to a point by point cross-examination on the Book of Genesis which, by contemporary accounts, was majestic in its forensic style and pitiful in its effect upon the prosecution. Bryan had sought to argue that the Tennessee law against teaching evolutionary theory was justified by reference to the literal truth of the Bible. Darrow showed that in seeking to uphold every single statement in the Book of Genesis as literal truth, the fundamentalists were ridiculous. It was not until last year, however, when a member brought a monkey in a cage into the Tennessee House of Representatives, that the law in the state was repealed. On this last occasion in Arkansas, Mrs. Epperson saw it was her duty as a biology teacher to explain scientific theories of evolution to her students, including that of Darwin. Washington, Nov. 12.-Justices Hugo L. Black, John M. Harlan and Potter Stewart, concurred separately in the Supreme Court judgment. The Arkansas law was passed in 1926, three years after the famous trial of John T. Scopes in neighbouring Tennessee on a similar charge.
